I am trying to register Toolset but it says that my account is expired. I don't understand because I have a Lifetime license. I manually downloaded and added Types and in result some settings are missing.
Please , fix this issue.
Also, our server have very strict security. There is a chance that our firewall might be blocking the connection. So, I would appreciate if you could provide us with your IP address so we can safelist you.

This issue was resolved because I had to actually go to the contact page and re-explain the problem I was having. Even though the issue was fixed, it was not done through Tech Support Ticket system. I still don't know if the ticket is visible on your end. I will check "The problem is not fully resolved, but I don't need more help now" because I got the help via Contact page and not the Ticket system. I assume that the Ticket system has bugs because usually Toolset staff are very good at responding within 24 hours.
I do appreciate the quick response by email once I submitted my concern on the Contact page.
