Home › Toolset Professional Support › [Resolved] can’t manage emails sent from a contact form after submit and show message
Problem: I have a Form the creates posts. There is a required checkbox in the Form. If I check the checkbox, the Form still does not submit. It shows me an error that the checkbox field is required.
Solution: The checkbox field must have some value here. Edit the field shortcode or block element and make sure some value is set for the checkbox. In this case, I set it to be 1, and the Form submits successfully.

I am trying to:
send emails to
the person that posts an inquery through a contact form
send an email to the site owner
and show a message after the submit
i am sure i just missed the right button to be chekced, but i am lost
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link
I expected to see:
a submit message , and emails in my inbox
Instead, I got:
forwarded to another page and no submit-emails were found
Hi, the checkbox field must have a value, so I set that to 1. See the attached screenshot here. Now I am able to submit the Form successfully and I see the message. Can you confirm it's working as expected?
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
I can go on formbuilding
🙂
hugs and regards
