Thank you for getting in touch.
Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the website so that I can have a more detailed look at this for you ?
I've enabled the private fields for your next response.
You login form should now be displaying correctly.
The problem was that you had bootstrap loading enabled and this directly conflicts with Woocommerce's css. I went to Toolset -> Settings and scrolled to Bootstrap loading and selected the option "Le thème ou un autre plugin est déjà en train de charger Bootstrap 4"
There are 2 my account pages because 1 one was created manually by you and the other by Woocommerce.
So what you perhaps need to do is to set the one that was created by woocommerce as a draft so this doesn't appear on the frontend.
This is what is happening here.
Once you do this then you should only see the my account page that you've created which is this one below. hidden link
Hi Shane,
And thank you for your response.
I have only one May Account page now,
But i still get the pb : I have a loggin form 'connexion' and a 'S'enregistrer' form witch is to renew the password displayed on the same page My Account.
I dont understand why these to forms are shown in the same time and on the same page.

This account page below would've been the one that is auto created by the Woocommerce plugin. It is independent of our Toolset plugins and this would be the default format of the Woocommerce Login/Register page. hidden link
What you will need to do is to delete that page above and then re-create your own custom login page with our Toolset [wpv-login-form] shortcode.
