[Resolved] Can’t Install Classifieds site with Astra

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am unable to set up the Classifieds Reference site on a multisite installation because it says I must have Astra, OceanWP, or GeneratePress installed and active on the network. I already have Astra active on the network.

Solution: We have released an update to the installer that should resolve this issue.

Hi,

I am trying to Install Classifieds Reference site with Astra in a WPMU Installation.

Even when I have installed all suggested requirements in the network (including Astra Pro Theme) I receive the message "You need one of Astra, GeneratePress or OceanWP theme installed and active in your network."

What type of Astra Plan do I need to complete the Installation of Reference Site "Classifieds" . Maybe I am doing something else wrong.

Thanks,

Juan

Hi, let me ask for the most recent information about this. Last I heard, multisite was not supported, but the documentation seems to indicate otherwise. I ran a quick test and I can replicate what you're seeing, I'm told I need to activate one of the themes. I have two of them active, so that doesn't make sense. Stand by and I will update you as soon as I have something to share.

Okay please try now. Our developers released an update to the installer, which should resolve the problem you experienced on a multisite. I went to Toolset > Reference Sites and clicked "Force sites refresh" to apply the installer fix.
