I am trying to:
Have two forms on the same page. One to send a message and another to submit feedback. I was struggling to debug why they weren't working and have established it's because they both have the same action="" in the form tag (?_tt=xxxxxx).

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link but this site now has real data so please don't submit anything!

I expected to see:
Both forms working.

Instead, I got:
The form not submitting but instead keeping you on the page.

I have found a workaround which is using Ajax submission but it would be good if the regular page load submission worked.

Hi, I can recreate this scenario on my local test site so I will report this to my second tier team for further investigation. I have both Forms set to "Show the post" after Form submission. What redirect settings are your Forms using?

Hi, our developers have informed me this issue will be fixed in the next release of Forms, expected early next week. Thanks for your patience.

Hi please find Forms 2.2.1.1 available for automatic update or download. After you have updated to the latest plugin, please test again and let me know if the problem is not completely resolved. Thanks for your patience.
