can't get views plugin installed - downloaded otgs but still says need views plu

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

We ewant to create posts so that it is two column - left side with videos and right side with text. It was working til this week but now stopped and seems the views plugin would help to set up, no? yet we can't get it installed... Please help!

Can you please share problem URL and tell me your expected output and how using what plugin you build that page that used to work?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
