[Resolved] Can’t get it to work, just purchased. Keep receiving “failure” when downloading

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The issue here is that the user is trying to update to the latest version of types from version 2.2

Solution:

Given that you are currently on version 2.2 of Types you will first need to perform a manual update of the Types plugin in order to update the other plugins though the installer.

You can download the latest version of our Types plugin from the link below.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Trying to use new purchase - updated version of Toolset - I was on the free on this whole time and can no longer add new blog posts! So I purchased and registered, and now it won't download/activate properly. Please help.
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
