Where you are clicking? for what fields you want to generate the output? for what fields the output is missing?
Can you please share problem URL where exact steps where I can see the issue and what is your expected results?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
sorry - should have thought to check a different browser - firefox works fine. this is an ok workaround in this case. very odd behavior on the part of chrome though. Thanks Minesh!
