Hello, I am new using Toolset so I just created a custom post type and I was trying to create a Content Template for it. The problem is that when I go to Toolset Dashboard > Create Content Template, all I see is a blank page.

When I try to see the template from Content Template > edit the template, I still get a blank page.

If I go to Content Templates > Add New, It works fine. I can see the editor and I can add the blocks and design the page, but once I go out of this view I cannot edit it again.

I have installed Elementor, Toolset Types and Toolset Blocks.

I was simply trying to follow the steps in this tutorial https://toolset.com/lesson-placement/lesson-placements-1647613-1621091/

I hope you can help me with this issue

Hi Anna,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can check on this for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Anna,

Thank you for the credentials.

I managed to test this and saw the issue still remained even after disabling the non-toolset plugins.

In a case like this you will need to enable the wordpress debugging and also check the server logs for the errors being generated.

To enable the wordpress debugging please follow the instructions in the link below.

Once you've done this please let me know if any errors come up when trying to edit the content template.

Thanks,
Shane

Thank you Shane!

I am not sure if I fixed the problem (because I only activated the debug mode but I didn't do any actual debugging), so maybe you did it. Either way, I can edit the content templates and everything seems to be working fine.
