I am trying to: Display my Custom Taxonomy Archive and my Custom Post Type single template without any sidebar

I visited this URL: hidden link and hidden link

I expected to see: a fullwidth template

Instead, I got: a sidebar on my template.

I am using Divi with Toolset.

With the help of your support, everything is working well except that thing.

I am not sure if it's on toolset's side or divi's but I want to disable this sidebar on both of these templates.

I don't have the option when I edit the post or the taxonomy, I searched on the layout part, still nothing.

Can you help me with this issue?

Hi Philippe,

Thank you for contacting our contacting our support forum.

Are you currently using our Layouts plugin to create the pages and archive ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi,

I am using the Layouts plugin only for the content of the templates, not to design the entire page, and only for my custom taxonomy and custom post.

For the static pages and the blog, I use the Divi Builder

Hi Philippe,

Would you mind providing me with admin access so that I can have a further look at this for you ?

Actually unless you design the entire page using Layouts you won't be able to remove the sidebars unless you remove the code from the theme itself.

The private fields have been enabled for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Like I said in the previous post, I'll tell you later when they will work =)

Now, everything should work, I just pushed my website online for you.

Hi Philippe,

So in order to remove the sidebar a full integration with Layouts needs to be done. I see you have the Divi integration plugin installed.

I would recommend activating it and then creating a layout for the archive page. This way you can define a full width layout for the page.

Thanks,
Shane

Ok, I tried on my local website and it's terrible.

Do you have any idea to resolve it? I think it's a path problem with the wamp server but if you have another answer, I will try it.

But on my online version, it works better.

I followed this link : https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/toolset-divi-integration/designing-templates-divi-using-toolset/

A little bug with the content is the automatics paragraph. They are not enable on the template and I searched in the layout and in the shortcode settings, still nothing.

Hi, I decided to try it with the CSS and I disabled all the sidebar with a ElegantTheme tutorial : hidden link

But when I did this, the layout for my custom post type changed.

The archive page for my Taxonomy is always displayed correctly but on my local server, the layout is broken.

Hi Philippe,

Thank you for the updates.

Could you try wrapping your content in the following shortcode?
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/views-shortcodes/#wpv-noautop

Please let me know if this helps with the paragraph issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi and sorry for the delay.

I managed to solve this by using a custom CSS code from Elegant Theme's blog directly and there is no more sidebar.

Here is the solution : hidden link

Thank you for you help !
