can't connect to Toolset API server

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

All our websites (*.ucla.edu) domains seem to be unable to connect to the Toolset API server. Can you see if there's any blocks on your end? Our sites had no issues before February 8, 2026. Seems something changed?

Welcome to Toolset support. There is no blocking going on ucla.edu from our side but we can check if you give us the exact subdomain.

Please contact your hosting service provider and ask then to whitelist:

api.toolset.com
cloudfront.net
