[Resolved] Can’t change option ‘What to display if no layout is assigned to content’

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The issue here is that the user is unable to edit the option What to display if no layout is assigned to content when using the Toolset Starter theme when layouts and views is enabled.

Solution:

This is because with this theme it's expecting that your intention is to use it to fully customize your site with our toolset plugins.

See screenshot: The options for setting 'What to display if no layout is assigned to content' in Toolset settings are disabled. How can I change them? Furthermore when updating 'Set this option for' to apply to 'All users', hit save and reload the page, it's again set to 'Layout Admins'.

Any hints on that?

Thanks,
Sebastian
