This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: I am unable to add a repeatable field group (RFG) to a post in the post editor screen. I can see an AJAX request is made, but the response includes an error:
{"success":false,"data":"Technical issue. Please reload the page and try again."}
Solution: Resave the custom field group containing the RFG, clear browser cache and try again.
This support ticket is created 6 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
