Hi there,
Would you please update Toolset Types to version 3.5.1 and update other Toolset plugins as we released a new version last night?
See if the issue still persists after the update.
Thanks.
Hi Christopher
I just did, but still I cant activate any new plugin
Hi there,
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.
Make sure you set the next reply as private.
Also I want to ask if it is ok we copy the website to our server for further investigation if needed.
Thanks.
Hi there,
Thank you. Upon checking there is an issue with a plugin called Comeet. It is not possible to deactivate it in the first place.
I even tried from the FTP by changing the folder name.
Even when Toolset id off that plugin is not getting deactivated.
I will need that to be deactivate to test in a minimal setup
Thanks.
I update Comeet to the latest version - and now it is not active
Thank you.
The issue is reported to the development team.
I will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
Thanks.
Hi - Just happened again on another site!
this is super urgent - what can I do?
Hi there,
The issue is still under development. For now, you can have the workaround below:
Deactivate Toolset, activate whatever plugins you meant to and after that activate Toolset.
Thanks.
