Can't activate license

This support ticket is created 4 years, 10 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

HI,
I've updated Types, manually. I deleted the old site key from toolset account. Create new key and pasted into the registration page. But I get this error:
Invalid site key for the current site.Please note that the site key is case sensitive

I tried adding the constant to the config file, but get the same message.

Please try like so:

1. Delete the subscriptions from your WordPress Admin > Plugins > Any Toolset Plugin > Registered.
Unregister Toolset completely
2. Head to https://toolset.com/account/sites/ and delete all site keys ligated to that site
3. Head back to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Any Toolset Plugin > Register and register Toolset again.
In this step, please generate the License directly from within that Plugins page.

You'll see a screen like in the attached one
There, please copy-paste the Link from "get it from your account" to a new tab in a browser where you're logged in to Toolset.com

That will automatically generate the key with the precise URL needed. You can then copy that key over to the site which should solve the issue.
