[Resolved] Can't activate auto updates

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I'm trying to add license to new domain but activation seems to stall after adding the key. the wheel just spins, forever.

It looks like you have an older version of Types installed (3.3.4).

Could you manually update Types to the current 3.3.10?

Grab the zip file from toolset.com/account/downloads, delete your current Types plugin, and then on the Add new plugins page upload that zip file.

Types contains the custom installer code, and updating to the latest version may help if you are experiencing a problem.

If not, on the debug page (linked to from the footer of the Toolset > Settings page) there is another link to Installer support.

Go to that page, and then please share a screenshot of what it shows.
