I am trying to: update Toolset Types on ALL my websites

I recently renewed my subscription to Toolset (4 January 2022).

Since, I am unable to automatically unable to update any of my 14 websites using Toolset.

I really don't want to have to uninstall and re-install the plug-in on this many websites.
I suspect there must be an issue with my Toolset account. Can this be resolved?

I get the same error for every site I try and update:
The error I'm getting on every site is:

Updating Plugin Toolset Types (1/1)
Downloading update from https://toolset.com/?download=655&version=3.4.15&site_key=YAta7UQ3cQ&site_url=https://www.lilybilly.biz…
An error occurred while updating Toolset Types: Download failed. Forbidden

I've even tried unregistering and re-registering the licence but this makes no difference either.

Please can you check my account and find out why?

Thanks,
Josh.

PS - lilybilly.biz is a test website only so the best one to work with. I have provided access to admin.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

The problem is that your IP address has a low reputation because it is used to send SPAM. Our system firewall automatically blocks sites hosted on such servers due to spamming or various security reasons.

You can check the reputation of your web server's IP address from here:

I'm not sharing here your server's IP address. You can get with your hosting authority.

For now, we will try to put your IP on our whitelist, but we strongly recommend to change providers (if possible), because his emails will be rejected very often, due to the poor reputation of the server where your site is hosted.

For now, I've also successfully updated Types plugin on your site as well.

Thanks Minesh. Much appreciated.
I have been able to update the sites since you whitelisted the IP.
I will report this to our hosting company 20i.
