Cannot update to Types 3.0

This support ticket is created 6 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: use the updater to go from Toolset Types 2.3 to 3.o

I expected to see: an update

Instead, I got: no update and Types 2.3 remains

This appears to be a resources issue possibly as 503 errors are sometimes generated

There is no update from 2.3 to 3.0, as 2.3 is a free Types version that has been shipped to WordPress ORG users.

To get Toolset Types 3.0 please download it from the toolset.com/account/downloads page, and re-install it on your site.
No data will be lost, still please perform a backup previously.
