[Resolved] Cannot submit at the first time

Hi there....

I got a problem with my form... from the picture, it show product in promotion and others is a products from shop... A form that I'm created for promotion is same like shops... the other images you can see the product with request quote form.. but I cannot submit the form for the first time... then when I'm submit again, it's worked...

It's any coding problem or clash with other form?

Hi, can you try these troubleshooting steps?
- Reload the page. Open the browser console and try submitting the Form. Check to see if any JavaScript errors appear.
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types, Views, WooCommerce Views, Forms, and WooCommerce. Test again.
- If the problem was resolved, reactivate your other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- if the problem was not resolved, I'll probably need to take a closer look. Please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.

I've followed your troubleshoot step but still not worked...

I've created a copy for my site named marketplace.fydu.asia.... this site use digitalocean server and use ssh...

You need another account to access shop... I can provide to you the details and ssh files...

Server 500 errors in wp-admin when I try to edit this Form, can you check?

I think the wp-admin is ok right now....

The wp files is in /marketplace not /demo....

We got the problem with the last child product that when we submit form, it not worked but when resubmit, it worked...

I tested the form and it works on the first click for me.

Could you perhaps send a video on your side so that I can see the issue ?

It's solved on marketplace.fydu.asia but I don't know why it's not worked on my live site... can you check on hidden link
