Cannot remove "Toolset Woocommerce" Field Group

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The "Toolset Woocoommerce" field group is incompatible with the main plugin used on our site. It showed up in our field groups once before, and I was able to disable it.
During some debugging, I turned various plugins off and back on. The "Toolset Woocommerce" group has reappeared, and this time Toolset Types will not let me disable it. I have removed all other toolset plugins, and there are other plugins in use on our site that would use that field group. We launch tomorrow, and we cannot use our site!!
Unfortunately, as we are finishing up our site, we cannot allow you access.

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.

The Toolset WooCommerce field group is generated automatically by Toolset on WooCommerce sites, and is required for things like Views or custom archives that might use such fields.

Because it is a Toolset field group (which are themselves a Toolset concept), no non-Toolset plugins should be affected in any way by its existence.

You cannot delete the field group.

What specifically are the problems arising with it, i.e. what does "incompatible with the main plugin used on our site" mean?
