Cannot register Toolset

This support ticket is created 4 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: update toolset, registration not possible

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: This is a local installation using DesktopServer

I expected to see: reistered

Instead, I got: Ungültiger Seitenschlüssel für die aktuelle Seite.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

No other users reported such issue yet. I suggest you delete the existing site key you created and try to create a new site key by clicking on the "my account" link as shown in the following screenshot, that will create a new site key automatically for your domain and you should copy that site key and try to register it.
