Cannot refresh account subscription

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I purchase a membership renewal but it will not refresh nor unregister to reregister.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the installer but to no avail.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
