I have set up a Custom Post type but have noticed that there is the following warning message for its template:
Your theme’s template file for displaying Private Document items is missing custom fields.
When I select the Resolve button, I receive the following message:
To design templates, you need to activate Toolset Views plugin.

I have downloaded the Views plugin but have been unable to install it. When I try to upload the plugin to the WordPress system, after selecting Install, there is a long delay and then finally I receive a message Something went wrong - the link you followed has expired. Please try again. It looks like the command has timed out.
In a separate email Amit Kvint suggested the Views plugin was unnecessary if the Blocks plugin were installed. However, I have tried downloading and installing this plugin but the install just times out as for the Views plugin.
Can you explain how I can resolve the problems with the template for the custom post type I have created.

That is strange.
Yes, Toolset Blocks and Views plugins are 1:1 copy of each. Before Blocks - the plugin name was views and after the release of Blocks the views plugin is available with the name Toolset Blocks.
Ok, after I review the debug information you shared I see the upload max and post max size is 8MB.
Can you please get in touch with your hosting authority and ask them to change the upload max and postmax size to 25MB and check if you able to upload the plugin.
