I am trying to: I´ve created a template with WP bakery. A picture should show up at the left side of the post.
Unfortunately I cannot find where to include the picture. So I added an image field. Now the image shows at the right of the post an the placeholder from the template is still empty.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:
Picture should be on the left side in template area
Instead, I got:picture on Right side

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - by checking the page source of the problem URL you shared I see there is dummy image is added where exactly you wanted to place the image. I need to check on your install whats going wrong there.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I would additionally need your permission to de- and re-activate Plugins and the Theme, and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important. If you agree to this, please use the form fields I have enabled below to provide temporary access details (wp-admin and FTP).

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Can you please check now:

I've added the text editor module and added the image shortcode there. I can see now image shows in left aligned and all other field values right aligned.
