[Resolved] Cannot find the ticket from my support ticket

This support ticket is created 5 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I created a ticket and it is resolved, how can I review it if I lost the link

Today, I find I cannot find the ticket I created from my support ticket page. What has happened? The solution is very important if I face the problem again.

Hi Kelvin

We've added an internal ticket to update the profile page so that it includes chats as well as forum threads, so that you will be able to find your old resolved chats alongside the forum threads.

I'm not sure how long it will take to implement, but when it is implemented the existing chats will also show up, so you will be able to find the link to the above chat there.
