Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have several different views that previously displayed posts filtered by category. After importing posts from another wordpress site, the option in the view to filter by category is not available - the only taxonomy option is another custom taxonomy I created for a different post type.

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please share bit more details about with what taxonomy you want to filter the view result as well as admin access details.

Please share what view you used and to what post type you imported posts?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I also now have realised that I cannot create a new view at all. The following error message comes up when adding the view block:

We just release new version for Toolset Blocks/Views yesterday.

Can you please update all Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. We always recommend running your site with the latest stable release plugin version.

Still unable to select category taxonomy. However, I can now create a new view. I created a new view and was then able to select category taxonomy. Not sure why I cannot do it with old views.

Now I have this alert on the plugins page (image attached)

Can you please share problem URL where exactly you have issue selecting the taxonomy? Maybe few screenshots or video will help.
