Dear Sir/Madam,
I can't edit a post form, I am the administrator role already. All the Toolset plugins are up to date. Please help.
Best regards,
Kelvin.
Hi, those Access settings are not for editing the Forms in wp-admin, they are for using the Forms on the front-end of the site. Admins should always have the ability to edit Forms. Is a post type selected at the top of the screen? If not, you must select one. If a post type is selected, this looks like a caching issue or a JavaScript conflict. Please clear your browser cache and reload the page to see if the problem is resolved. If not, open the JavaScript console and let me know if any errors appear.
Did you update Forms from a version lower than 2.3? There is a known issue when updating from Forms versions lower than 2.3 directly to Forms 2.3.4:
https://toolset.com/errata/custom-html-added-in-forms-versions-previous-to-2-3-is-lost-after-updating-to-2-3-4-directly/
This could be part of the problem, because it looks like the drag-and-drop editor is selected here. If your Form did not include custom HTML, you may be able to click "Expert mode" then toggle it off again. That would revert to the originally saved Form.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
