I have two custom types on the site and one of them don't show the custom fields in the backend including not to Admin. I've updated everything, Disabled Access and Classic Editor. Nothing solves the problem. Before I started to try to fix it, the fields did show up for Admin, but not for Editor, now none can see them.

Hi Stina,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can check on this for you ?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Stina,

The fields should be showing now.

The problem was that the field group was deactivated in Types.

All I did was activate the field group and worked.

Thanks,
Shane
