[Resolved] Cannot edit content template using WPBakery
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The problem here is that the user is unable to edit their content templates using the WPBakery Builder.
Solution:
This was a known issue in our Views plugin and it has since been resolved in the latest version of Views. If you're still experiencing this issue I recommend updating to the latest version of Views/Blocks to resolve the issue. https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

I am trying to: edit an existing content template, which I made previously using WPBakery.
I expected to see: WPBakery page builder but instead I don't see it. See attached image for what is shown instead.
After looking through other support tickets, I have:
1. Disabled Gutenberg editor in WPBakery General Settings -- this did not fix the problem.
2. Created a new content template and set it to be edited in WPBakery. I have the same problem, the WPB builder does not load.
I just realized I am still running Types and not Blocks -- should I replace Types with Blocks? Is it safe to do so (will it keep all of my data), and do you think that could be causing the issue?
No Types is a different plugin from Blocks. Blocks is meant to replace Views, so you will still need to have Types installed for your custom posts to function correctly.
I had tried in another browser I rarely use, and had the same problem. But today I tried again and was able to load the WPBakery builder successfully. Thanks for your help!
