Dear Sir/Madame,
Unfortunately, I have not been able to acquire enough clients to require an unlimited subscription to your tool. Therefore, I would like to suspend/cancel my plan and payments for the ‘Unlimited Sites’ plan and downgrade to the ‘1 Site’ plan at a renewal price of €51.
I intend to use your plugin on one development site (which has been under construction for over a year) and on one live site, in accordance with your usage policy.
I believe that we can agree that this temporary subscription change will be treated as an plan renewal (€51 instead of €69), because I did not use your plugin as a so-called power user. Throughout the entire period, I used it on only 3 websites (despite paying for an unlimited number of sites). The same was true for support, which I used very rarely.
P.S. Regarding renewal, I know that the renewal price is lower than the price of a new subscription. I like your plugin and your support very much, so I am considering returning to the ‘Unlimited Sites’ plan in the future. I would be extremely grateful if you could suspend (not cancel) my current subscription so that I can pay for it again and activate it at the renewal price (€224) instead of buying a new subscription for €299 in the future.

Thanks for your mail. I am sorry for the experience you had when trying to contact us.
I am afraid we don't have downgrade plans. You need to wait until the expiry date and once the subscription has expired you will be able to log in to your account and purchase a new subscription for the full amount.
I am afraid that you will also have to pay the full amount if you want to upgrade to the Unlimited sites version again.
