Can view user registration form on layout preview but not on the guest mode 2.

Update :

i manage to narrow down the issue , it seems its not accepting layout for the form,
i created new page ,stop using layout , add toolset form shortcode and its working. what could be issue experts ?

its seems the form can only be displaying using toolset form shortcodes but not layouts ?

update:

i found out my shortcode inside the layout is interfering. remove OK now. thanks.
