[Resolved] can other support follow up on this pls.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Is this a new norm support reply standard waiting time ?

Sorry you have been kept waiting, this has been a slightly difficult week as one of supporters is off sick at the same time as another is on vacation.

We are expanding the team to provide more coverage and have a new recruit who started in the forums just this week, and by some coincidence all 3 of these tickets seem to have landed in his queue.

I'm checking whether he is able to answer them now or whether he needs help, and we'll try and get replies to you as soon as possible.
