Can not register and receiving many errors

This support ticket is created 4 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I can not register my site. When I go and click on "Add Site" nothing happens. If I go to the WP backend and click get key - it says that the page was registered already and the key is - but the key is empty.

Also I created a user and with WPML language rights. If I login as this user, I have many errors popping up.

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Regarding site keys registration in toolset.com, we are aware of this issue and our teams are working to fix it. I'll get back to you about it as soon as we fix it.

However, the warnings messages do not seem related to the site key registration. They are probably caused by a conflict. Can you try to check what pages trigger them? When you do, please perform a compatibility test. Check if warnings are still logged when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty-Twenty. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at a time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

Registration is fine. But I still receive this error. Tried now to disable plugins, but with no result

I still suspect that these errors are caused by a conflict with 3rd party component(theme or plugin). Or maybe an issue because of PHP version, especially if you are using PHP8.

To better investigate this issue, I'd like to take a copy of your website and debug it locally. Your next reply will be private to let you share credentials to your website safely. I'll install the Duplicator plugin and will take a copy. After debugging it locally, I'll get back to you with my findings. Sounds good?
