[Resolved] Can no longer Use Visual Editor

Problem:
Can no longer Use Visual Editor

Solution:
- After checking debug information user shared with us, user were using outdated PHP version PHP 5.4.45.

Even WordPress suggest to use PHP 7.2.
=> https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

Update PHP version to 5.6.x or PHP 7.x.x and try to resolve your issue.

I am trying to Edit pages in the backend. the "Visual" Editor is not accessible. That is, we cannot click on the "Visual" tab, only the "Text" tab is functional.

Also, the plugin cred-frontend-editor is deactivated, if we activate it, the backend breaks as we receive the the html "form" attached.
We believe these issues started when we last updated Toolset and its plugins.

We look forward to your assistance ASAP as Ecosource can not currently edit our site.

Hi Minesh,
Thank you very much for your help on this one. Updating the php version did the trick.
The latest versions must have added more stringent dependencies as we had been running the older php version without any issues for a long time.
