Can Jira Service Management by Atlassian be integrated with Toolset or does Toolset have an existing widget for customer support and knowledge base? Thanks.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

We do not have any official integration with Jira service management. Even if its possible it will require to write custom code which includes custom APIs etc..etc that is beyond the scope of our support policy.

However, I'm not sure how exactly and what thing you want to integrate with Toolset as it seems mostly part related to server configurations and APIs.

This is for a customer/member service help desk.I think its just a question of adding a widget code.

I do not see any widget code as reference and honestly I/we do not have any experience with such integration so I'm not in situation to say if it will work or not as I do not have much information with the doc you shared.

Maybe its better to check with them as they wrote with their doc:
Alternatively, you could also enlist or work with a local Atlassian Solutions Partner to develop the custom integration you're interested in.

By embedding a lightweight request form, your customers can send requests directly from any website you control.
If you enable and configure your widget, we’ll generate code that you can copy to embed the widget on your website.
Before you begin, make sure your project has the recommended settings.

I'm not sure how its related to Toolset as if you try to add the widget code to page/post of WordPress and if it works it could work with Toolset. You will require to test it.
