can i make a dynamic source heading information into a dymanic source url

Tell us what you are trying to do? I have created a view and in a heading I'm using a dynamic source, however, I want the title to be a url obtained from another dynamic source. Is that possible?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?
