Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. To enhance your website's performance by disabling Toolset plugins on pages where they're not utilized, you can employ selective plugin loading techniques. This approach ensures that Toolset's functionalities are active only on necessary pages, reducing unnecessary resource consumption.

What I can think of is the Plugin Organizer:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-organizer/

You can use that to deactivate the plugins on per page basis.

Please consider that we are not the developers of that plugin so it is just a suggestion. If something does not work we can not provide support for that.

Thanks.
