I am building a website for a Marijuana Grow house. They currently serve MANY dispensaries (shops that sell marijuana). I have created a CPT called Dispensary that has a Custom Field of Address using the Map plugin. If EACH dispensary has it's own address field, is there a way to create a single map that displays ALL dispensaries on it so that users could click on a dispensary and load the page for that dispensary?
Is there any documentation that you are following?
Is there a similar example that we can see?

You can display all dispensaries on a map, but when you click on a map marker, it won't redirect you to the dispensary page. A map marker has can display a popup on hover and another popup on click. Then inside one of the popups, you can put a direct link to the dispensary's page. Does it make sense?
Currently, if you are building the map and the view with the blocks editor, we have a known issue that may freeze the editor. Check it here and the workaround to use. https://toolset.com/errata/cannot-add-shortcodes-to-toolset-address-field-marker-popup/

What steps would I take to CREATE that map? I'm not sure HOW I could generate a map with all of the dispensaries.
It depends on what editor you are using. If you are using the Blocks editor, you'll add the map using a Map block, and you will need a view to generate the markers for the posts.
If you are using the legacy editor, you can add the map using the user interface, or using shortcodes.
