Toolset Support Image - Buttons for Relationships.JPG

I am trying to:
Add a new or connect an existing relationship between post types.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
The issue is on the admin side of things.
I expected to see:
When you click on the connect existing button (see image), you can search and select a custom post to create a relationship between different post types.
Instead, I got:
The buttons do not work at all now. I cannot add or connect relationships between posts.

Hello, can you try these troubleshooting steps and let me know the results?
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and activate a default theme like Twenty Twenty.
- You can activate a Maintenance Mode plugin during testing if you'd like.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns.
- If the problem is not resolved, I'll be glad to take a closer look.

Please let me know the results and we can go from there.

Thanks for responding to my issue. This is a live production website, so I cannot run through the troubleshooting tips you've listed. If the Maintenance Mode plugin would allow me to work around this issue, I am unfamiliar with the tool.

A Maintenance Mode plugin can be used to temporarily block front-end access to the site while you are performing maintenance or testing. Only logged-in admins will be able to access the front-end of the site. If you do not want to have any downtime, the Maintenance Mode plugin will not help you. You mentioned this is a live production site, do you have a development environment where we can see the problem and run these tests?

If not, I can make a clone of the production site and I can install it on my local environment. If you provide admin login credentials, I can install the Duplicator plugin and begin making that site clone. If the problem is replicable in my local environment after I install the clone, I can continue testing locally. If the problem is not replicable in my local environment, we need to come up with another environment like production where we can reproduce the problem.

If you approve of creating a site clone as I described, please provide login credentials in the private reply fields here.

Hi, sorry but the login credentials don't seem to be working for me. Can you double-check? I will reactivate private fields here.

Okay thanks, I was able to log in and see the problem. There is currently a known conflict with the Smush Pro plugin, and the WPMU Dev team is aware of the issue. They are working on a fix. I'll be glad to keep you posted here. Until then, the only workaround is to temporarily deactivate Smush Pro while working on these posts. If another workaround becomes available, I'll let you know as soon as possible.

Hi, I think the Smush Pro team has released a fix for this issue, see here:

Please update Smush Pro to the latest version and let me know if the problem is not completely resolved.
