Can you please try to locate the button block and then on right sidebar you will see the option "Style Settings" where you can set the background color for the button block.

Ok. I see you are using the "Lightspeed cache" plugin. What if you disable it and check - do you find it working? If no:
I will require admin access details to check whats going wrong with your setup.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
