[Resolved] Bulk Update of Custom Field and Relationships

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am sorry for the lengthy delays between responses, I am not ignoring you. We're busier than normal right now and trying to catch up, but sometimes we cannot get through the queue as quickly as needed. The document you asked about is current as far as I am aware. Since you're continuing to experience this problem, please provide the CSV of Company posts as well, then I will have posts from both post types and I can run the process locally to see what's happening. I will be able to make a recommendation or escalate the problem to a 2nd tier supporter for more detailed investigation as soon as possible.
