This support ticket is created 7 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am having issues with my theme (not able to access theme options) that seems to relate to Views.

I turned off all plugins and the issue went i turned the plugins back on 1 by 1 and it looks like it is views that is causing it. I initially contacted the Theme support about this, their response is below.

In the browser console i see following error Uncaught ReferenceError: Toolset is not defined hidden link I have deactivated “Toolset Views” plugin and theme options appears. Unfortunately, we have never tested the theme with this plugin. All compatible plugins are listed in theme description at ThemeForest. Thank you for your understanding

Please can you take a look at this for me - the Theme is The7 Theme (A Themeforest top selling theme)
