This is weird, as, on my local machine, that link is not broken.
It produces this URL (note, there is a tracking part in it)

How does the URL look that your install produces?
Does this happen on a Toolset-Only install, and if not, what are the Plugins/Themes you use to produce this issue?
Is it possible that you have mixed protocols on your website? (HTTP and HTTPS mixed). That could be a source to issues, but that link, after all, is crafted manually, not dynamically, in its root, so that shouldn't affect it either.
Can confirm this does NOT happen on any other site I have running Toolset Maps.
