Tell us what you are trying to do?
I see that you no longer can use taxonomy as a filter query. I tried to add it to my view block and broke it. Is there anyway for me to save the View Block that I was working on and just undue the filter?
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I was using the site's documentation. In old views , you could set up a menu with taxonomy as the limiter.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
Here is what I currently have using old views: hidden link
What is the link to your site?
The current page I was working on. I had it working well until I tried to set up the query. I would rather now have to start completely over but... hidden link
Yes, that was the first thing I tried but it didn't work, however, I was able to get back into the menu and delete the query. The other part of my question would be is there any workarounds to what I'm trying to accomplish? Again, please, see the current page I have up.
Thank you.

Christopher passed this ticket to me - hope this is ok.
As I understand, you want to build a custom search view using block where you want to add the taxonomy custom search filter as select dropdown. Is that correct? if yes:
- Here is the Doc that you should follow:
=> https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-a-custom-search/
I'm not sure why your page is broken but you should try to test with new page and hopefully it should work without any issues.
