Hello,

I have a strange issue I can't figure out.

When I navigate directly to a page on my website, Glyphicons don't show, and only show as sqaures.

Please refer to the following link ... there should be right arrows in all of the headings:

hidden link

However...

If I then navigate to the homepage, click on the menu, go to blog, and click on the article (why-i-hate-the-4ps-of-marketing), the arrows show up!

It seems like the Bootstrap css for Glyphicons is being blocked somehow. All of the other Bootstrap css works ... just not the icons.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I can't figure out what the issue could be.

Thanks!

And actually, it is every page ... hidden link does the same thing.

You navigate straight to the page, and the icon doesn't show (in the bottom, there is a button that should have the download cloud icon) ...

If you go to the homepage, then click on the menu and go to the about page, the icon will be there.

I don't know...

I found the issue! My mistake.

I have an SSL certificate installed on my domain. The homepage was using it, and we were forcing all links to use https, however, we weren't forcing all pages to redirect to https!

If you go to the homepage, and click on a link, it adopts the https, however, if you go to a page directly, it doesn't redirect, so it doesn't have https. This caused the linking to Bootstrap to be funky.

Now that I am redirecting to https, all is well.

Lesson learned 🙂
