On this test page where we are testing a search form, where on earth is this blue glow when clicked coming from please?

We are using a bare-bones theme, have a few sites using Elementor and they don't have this and tones of sites using Divi that don't have this.
Guessing it's Toolset however we have had a real dig about CSS and can find nothing. Javascript / jquery maybe adding that border on focus?
We've tried all kinds of CSS...like textarea, select, input, button { outline: none; }
Nothing works.
We really need to hide this as it's not great on what will be our main serach bar for the Home Page.
