Hi!
I'm trying to set up a template with the Toolset blocks as usual and there are only two in the list... (see image).
I've deactivated all the plugins and only with Toolset Types and Toolset Blocks it doesn't work either. I've put a default wordpress theme and it doesn't work either...
What could be happening?
Thanks,
Mar
Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
That is strange.
Can you please navigate to:
- Toolset-> Settings => General Tab => "Editing experience" section:
- Enable option "Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build"
This will allow you to build views/content template and archives in both legacy and block mode. Can you please enanble that option and check if that helps?
Hi Minesh,
this option was already enabled. I changed it and put it back and I still don't see the blocks.
I've been working with Toolset for years and this has never happened to me before. Right now if you don't help me solve this I can't continue working on the project...
I would like to give you admin access so you can take a look and see what might be going on.
Thanks,
Mar
The website had been working for years but the other day I installed Toolset and WPML. From the very beginning the blogs were not displayed correctly.
The plugins and wordpress are always up to date... for me it was at the time of installation because there was no previous history of Toolset...
Can you please deactivate and delete the current Toolset Blocks plugin from your plugins page and then try to download the Toolset Blocks plugin from your account's download page and activate it.
That will help you to fix the issue.
Alternatively, you can also deactivate and delete the current Toolset Blocks plugin and then navigate to:
- Plugins => Add Plugin => click on the "Commercial" tab and move to "Toolset - Plugins for WordPress development" section and then install and activate the Toolset Blocks plugin using the installer.
