[Resolved] Blocked from registering Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: register Toolset

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: It's in the admin dashboard so it's not publicly visible

I expected to see: successful registration

Instead, I got: Unable to parse data from service response.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. Would you please follow the steps below and see if the issue persists?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except:
. Toolset Types
. Toolset Blocks
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

I will try to test by registring with my key.

Hello, I spun up a staging site and tried registering without deactivating a single thing, and the key worked. From reading other forum topics before I posted, I am fairly sure our production website URL is being blocked by Toolset. If I send you the URLs in a private reply can you plase check them on your end?

Christopher is on vacation. This is Minesh here and let me step in here.

I see few other users also experience the same. I still need to check with the systems team but just now I checked and I can able to register the site without any issue.

Maybe server could be busy or not available at that time due to updates or any other possible reason.

Could you please check now, do you see it working as expected?
