I am trying to:
I have a view which is displayed in an elementor page. From time to time (especially when opened the first time in a browser) the view is not displayed. The header and the first heading from elementor is shown, but the rest is blank.
changed the content template of the page, but that didnt seem to help. Content template was btw already set to none.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

hidden link

I expected to see:
View displaying events.
Instead, I got:
Blank page

Oh by the way - when visiting the german version of your site and then click on support - an error message tells you that the forum is closed for new themes and messages.

Hi Hanne,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind allowing me to have admin access to the site so that I can have a more detailed look at this one for you ?

I've enabled the private fields for your next response.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Hannes,

It would appear that the issue is being caused by your server running out of memory.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes)

I would recommend increasing your wordpress memory limit.

To do this please follow the instructions in the link below.
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi Shane, thanks for your quick response.
How did you find that error message? With tools in the browser?

Best, Hannes

Hi Hannes,

What I did was to enable the wordpress debugging with the plugin below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-debugging/

Then I visited the page and that was the error that was being displayed.

Usually when you get a white screen on your pages with no content, it is because of a Fatal error on the site.

The wordpress debugging plugin will allow you to see these errors.

Thanks,
Shane
