Problem:
Blank page when creating a new post.
Solution:
This one seems like some form of conflict where an error 500 is being generated after the add new button is clicked.
To ensure that it is not a conflict what I would recommend that you do first is to temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again.
This support ticket is created 5 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
